Maintain tapas board
It's best not to clean the tapas board in the dishwasher, as it is not good for the material. You can clean the olive wood cutting board with a soft brush or cloth and some lukewarm water. Rubbing the tapas board with some olive oil before the first use will help the material retain its natural shine and color for longer. It is recommended to repeat this about once every six months.
