When uploading a file, we ask for customer details, any comments, and the required materials and thicknesses.

We will review the drawing as soon as possible, prepare a quote, and email it back!

With the quote, we will also send an expected delivery date. The sooner we receive your approval, the sooner we can schedule the order for the expected delivery date (and possibly even earlier).

Our normal delivery time is 2 working days if we have the materials in stock. During busier periods, our delivery time may be longer.

Do you agree with the price proposal? If so, click accept in the email. You will be redirected to the website and can choose to pick up in Delft or have it shipped. Once the payment is received by us, your order will be scheduled for the expected delivery date.

For businesses/schools/associations that wish to order from us more frequently, we can create a business account. This account gives you the option to pay “on invoice.” We will then immediately start working on your order, and the invoice can be paid within 14 days to our bank account number, referencing the invoice number.

As soon as the order is scheduled, we get to work!

Once we have cut all the parts, we will finalize the order. If you are picking it up, you will receive a message with our opening hours. Did you choose shipping? Then you will receive an email with the track and trace code for your package.
