Standard products

We are doing our best to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders that are in stock will be handed over within 1 to 2 working days to PostNL.

If we do not have products in stock, we will produce them as soon as possible. If the laser cutting machines are busy, it may be that the shipment will not be ready for 2 business days; we will notify you of this.

Once you have received an email confirming your order and payment has been processed, your order will be prepared for shipment. When your order is on its way, an email will be sent with the shipping details.

Custom laser cutting services

When requesting a quote, we always include an estimated delivery date. When preparing a quote, we get an indication of the time needed to produce the order. We process most orders within 2 to 5 business days after approval.

  • Package 900x600mm up to 23 kg €6,95
  • Package 1200 by 750 millimeters up to 30kg € 12,50
  • Larger custom-ordered plates will be shipped with pallet freight: €84,95

Above €299.95, packages (excluding pallets) are sent free of charge!

Delivery date

Delivery is handled by the PostNL mail carrier or parcel delivery person. Generally, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.

If the courier attempts to deliver the package but no one is present, a second delivery attempt will be made on the next delivery day. If this attempt also fails, an email will be sent with information on which post office or service point the order can be picked up. If the order is not picked up within the specified period, it will be returned to us. The additional shipping costs incurred will be charged.

Pickup

The products can also free be collected from our workshop in Delft.
